1946 Cadillac Fleetwood Woodie Additional Info:
This is a One of a Kind, 1946 Cadillac 4dr Sedan Woodie, by Bohman and Schwarts, famous Coachbuilders to the Hollywood Stars and The Ultra Rich. The chassis, running gear including the 348 V, and partial body were supplied to B&S, who did the coachwork, Fleetwood style interior, with leather seats, and wood exterior.
B&S made several Woodie Station Wagons, but their cars were all one of a kind, and this is a beautiful example. Another is the one made for Roy Rogers and Dale Evans that sold for 1.5 Million Dollars. Sadly, the name of the person who ordered this Sedan built, has been lost to time, but pictures of it can be found in the Bohman and Schwarts Woodie Collection.
A Cadillac collector could broaden his collection, a promotional Prop, or a Car Show Winner. It runs as it should with no issues. The bulletproof V8 engine is the same that powered Battle Tanks in WW2, constantly improved during the war. When ever I take it out, (Very infrequently) it always draws a crowd.
You want a "One of a Kind", here you go.
