Description Very clean original Cadillac Coupe DeVille. This car is a great driver. It is driven two or three times a week to shows and cruises. NOT a project or rust bucket. The interior is new, and very nicely done as seen in the pictures. It shows well, the seats sit great and the trim is very good. There is no radio and the dash opening has been cut for a modern radio. The engine is rebuilt, rebuilt original carb, new water pump, new fuel pump. The car was patially restored with the paint and patina untouched to enjoy it as is. Could be painted to finish restoration, but most people prefer the cool old school look it has right now. The body is in good condition, straight and solid with minimal rust. Underneath the car is very solid and has never seen salt or corrosion. I own a custom paint shop and can clear coat the patina or paint for an extra fee. All the trim is present and great condition appropriate for it's age. The power windows all work well, the switches are original and touchy. Mechanically the car is very sound and can drive anywhere without breakdowns or overheating. I did upgrade to a one wire GM alternator in favor of the original generator, however, I can bolt the generator back in place if the buyer prefers. Original 12 volt system with new, correct battery. It has factory power steering, power brakes and four speed automatic transmission that work great. Has BRAND NEW American Classic wide whitewall tires with about 50 miles on them. Really cool Kelsey-Hayes wires. Gas gauge is not accurate and wipers don't work. Pictures tell the truth. Clear Florida title but car is originally from South Carolina. The rear has been slightly lowered and rides perfect, can easily put back stock (only removed two leaves and put new shocks). I'll consider all trade ins (up or down) especially pre 1972 and I love to make a deal. I am not a dealer, but a professional builder and this is a personal car. I have a great shipping broker and can arrange shipping quickly and safely.Get images that make Supersized seem small. | Tailor your auctions with Auctiva's Listing Templates! |
