1974 Cadillac Coupe Additional Info:

This 1974 Cadillac Coupe was sold new at St Moritz Cadillac in Albuquerque, New Mexico to an older couple. When he got sick and could not drive any longer the Cadillac was parked in the garage, it had 16.200 miles at that time.
The Cadillac remained in the garage for 30 years until they both had passed away and the grand kids sold off the estate.
A collector from Southern New Mexico bought the Cadillac and he had it serviced (spent several thousand dollars) and put back in running and driving condition. He put 3000 miles on the car and today it has 19,231 original miles on it.
The car is not a show car, during the lengthy stay in the garage shovels and other things were leaning against the car plus there are chips in the paint from driving on non paved roads.Because the car is originally from Northern New Mexico there is also some rust bubbles by the side windows under the vinyl roof. But it is a true low mileage and unrestored 1974 Cadillac Coupe that is unmolested, running and driving. No rattles, clonks or strange sounds of any kind, it really drives like a low mileage Cadillac!
The interior is still in very good condition, it looks like no one ever sat in the back seat and the carpet is excellent still even. There's a few cracks in the vinyl dash pad, see picture.
The Cadillac has PW, P-seat, P-antenna, A/C, AM/FM radio etc and everything still works great. We recently did a conversion on the A/C system from the original R12 to E134 and the A/C blows cold again.
The car has received a full service since it was brought out of storage including new tires and it really does not need anything to be a good low mileage driving 1974 Cadillac.
I have a feeling that since we are selling the Cadillac cheap it will probably never drop in value!!!The car can be seen at out restoration shop in down town Phoenix, Arizona.
We do encourage inspection and please ask questions BEFORE bidding and I might not be able to answer questions during the last few hours before the end of the auction so please ask questions early!
The reserve is very low, we really need to get some cars out of the shop, it is packed and more cars are coming in!
