1970 Cadillac Eldorado Additional Info:

WOULD BE WILLING TO TRADE FOR A NEWER LARGER TOWABLE CAMPER..
You are bidding on a 1970 Cadillac Eldorado 2 door coupe that has undergone alot of engine modifications & restoration (with the original engine block!).. I have had this car for about a decade & rebuilt the motor 2x with low-mileage on the recent build.. The engine is the original 500 cid motor which was bored .060 over to be a 514 cid now.. The cast iron original heads were fully ported & polished to Pro-Street specs by McBetts Racing Engines.. McBetts also performed all the work to the motor, including a Pro-Street Babe Erson Cam, 3 Inch Headers, Stage II Lifters & Valves, Forged 455 Rods with Forged Venolia 10.0 to 1 Pistons.. Edelbrock High Rise Manifold with Atomizer Plate, Quickfuel 850 CFM Racing Carburetor with Mechanical Secondaries, Braided Fuel Lines, HEI Igniton w/ Flamethrower HEI coil, Full Dash Gauges, Full braided racing fuel hoses all the way back to customized fuel tank, everything was replaced with wider hoses to allow more fuel flow.. Has also a Custom 180amp Alternator, Custom Ron Davis Aluminum Wide Core Radiator w/ Dual Electric Fans, Behind the Front Wheel Electric Exhaust Cutouts, Full True Dual Pipe Dual Baffle Exhaust System with Chrome Tips, Custom 1970 Cragar Rims on BF Goodrich Tires, Custom Etched Billet Cadillac Valve Covers, Hilborn Style Hood Scoop with K&N Air Filter, Holley Red Electric Fuel Pump, Rebuilt Starter, Original TH425 Transmission Fully Customized by FB Racing Transmissions, Full Caspro Chain Drive, Racing Torque Converter, Shift Kit.. The 1st Build of the Motor was Dynoed at 500 Horsepower, I had the motor rebuilt a 2nd time with upgraded parts by never dynoed it a 2nd time, i estimate it has to be around 600hp+ now...
Power Windows, Power Seats, Power Locks, New Windshield, Complete New Interior by AutoMat, New Headliner, Restored & Re-Foamed Seats, New Carpets, Custom Matts, Dashboard Cover, Custom Dash Lighting, Rare FACTORY Sunroof!, Fully Restored & Re-Powered, White Vinyl Top Full Re-Upholstery, Train Horns, Kenwood CD Deck w/ Dual JL Digital Audio Amps, I believe 1 is 800 Watts dedicated to the Custom Front Floor Speakers & the Alpine 6x9's.. And the 1000 Watt JL Audio Amp dedicated to the Rockford Fosgate P3 Punch Bass Speaker Box, System has a 1 Farad Capacitor, New Battery, Entire Car Re-Wired Professionally.. Also the front end components were replaces, new shocks, rear air shocks, new bushings, upgraded drive shafts..
Body is in decent shape but far from perfect, there is small imperfections that will need touch ups, Car was originally black but was re-painted by the last owner, not a 5 star paint job but it works... Car has a few dings, no rust or rot, except the truck lid & area, it's light & workable.. Common area for older cars.. I'll throw in the $400 Noah Car Cover i picked up for it 2 years ago which is still in usable condition.. The mileage i listed is for the estimated mileage on the new motor build & NOT the mileage on the car.. Since everything was redone on this car soup to nuts, it's pretty much new..
Loved this car but now caring for an elderly parent whom had 2 strokes, Car sat since last Fall & the gas went bad.. The crappy Ethanol in the fuel gummed up the Carburetor so it starts but will not run smooth until you clean the Carburetor out, I simply do not have the time or money.. I suggest you flatbed the Car home.. Also the Exhaust Cutouts are actuated by a switch, you need to clean out the cutout gear mechanism as exhaust carbon has built up & makes them difficult to open or close electronically.. Also, the train horns are rigged to the steering wheel horn but are not working for some reason?? Check the relay..
Like i said, i do not have the time these days to work on the car or maintain it anymore.. It's a shame, this car won several trophys at car shows, always turns heads!, can smoke the tires like nothing! Has over 600ft lbs of torque!.. Look at the LAST pic in the gallery, that is this Eldorado at the Museum of Automobiles in Arkansas a week prior to me purchasing it!..
RESERVE is set at a FAIR price.. I'm not trying to get every dime i put into this car out of this sale.. Car easily has 30k into it since 2003.. Most serious bidder will snag this "Helldorado"
