This antique Cadillac Fleetwood was found in a barn in rural West Virginia. It's all original,completely unrestored,or modified in any way shape or form.It was left to a young woman by her grand parents as part of an Estate when they passed away.She didn't know much about the car and said the grandparents mainly used the car only to go to church and grocery stores. I tried to get documentation to verify the odometer milage.She never found any service records to prove.Her dad had told her that he was quite sure that the odometer reading on grampa's old Cadillac was indeed the original 29,625 miles showing.I tend to believe her statements as I can see virtually No wear on the original upholstery black leather driver's side of front seat. There is no wear on the leather upholstered arm rest (center of front seat) Virtually no wear on the brake pedal rubber and carpet under gas pedal. The interior is amazingly pristine. 99% flawless orig.Must see and feel to believe! This Fleetwood series 60 comes fully equipped with every single option offered that year. On the exterior she is absolutely as straight as can be no dents,no dings,no rust or bond on lower body The Lime green metallic paint is very faded & oxidized. There are some very small rust bubbles around the chrome rear window frame .I'm not sure if the Tuxedo grain thinly padded vinyl roof is original,it's in great shape no cracking anywhere All chrome is br illiant reflective mirror like,no pitting All glass is excellent no chips,scratches or cracks. All equipment on this car is in proper working order. with exception of AC system. Mechanically the AC fans & blower motor working but no cooling capacity.All other equipment is working properly. The old Caddy runs & drives beautifully.Smooth quiet & awesome acceleration & performance.Front end feels tight like a low mileage car.It would take very little to restore this grand old lady to Show Quality.A paint job,removal of small bubbles under vinyl Back window frame) new weather stripping above side windows And AC service. I've had the car for 3 year, have done major tune up,Valve cover gaskets,new water pump,new tires, battery coolant flush,etc.A final note about these particular cars,In my firm opinion,the Cadillac Fleetwoods built from 1962 thru 1966 60 Special/ Broughams '65,'66's were of the finest quality best built Cadillacs of all time.These were masterpieces of quality craftsmanship.This level of quality has never been seen again in an American built car. They also have a sexy looking suave look & represented total prestige & prosperity in the '60' decade.The 60's Slogan Cadilla, "Standard of the World" was indeed true back then! Thanks for looking.
