1960 Cadillac DeVille Eldorado Trim Additional Info:
Spectacular restoration of a beautiful 1960 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible. All Eldorado trim.
This car was fully restored within the last ten years. It is a numbers matching car with its original build sheet. Born black, it was color changed at the time of the restoration. The car was located in Kansas for many years and was not subjected to salty roads or any rust ever.
The paint and trim are both beautiful. The paint is very high quality. The chrome and trim were restored to show standards. The glass is all excellent. The door and panel fit is also excellent. The top is in very nice condition and goes up and down perfectly. The fit around the windows is great. All of the rubber trim and lacing pieces are also excellent.
The interior is very well restored. This includes the seats, all of the brightwork & instrumentation and the carpets and dash. The odometer was reset on the restoration and now shows 4,000 miles. The top bows are painted properly and all of the top trim was restored. Nothing was overlooked right down to the seat braces which were powder coated and painted.
The car is loaded with desirable options from the factory the most important of which is air conditioning. All of the components are there and everything functions. The car also has power brakes, power steering, power windows, power seat and power locks. It also has the electronic trunk release. I have attached a copy of the original build sheet which comes with the car.
The tires and hub caps are in perfect condition. The floors are all perfect with no patches or rust repairs. The underside is spotless as well with solid original frame with the correct stamping on the drivers side and fully restored. The trunk is perfect with original style spare and jack.
The car has its original owners manual and a pile of restoration receipts. The car has been very well sorted and drives beautifully. This is one you could drive home anywhere you wanted. It has recently gone through a thorough detailing at famed restorer GM Obsolete in Phoenix, Arizona and the car is being stored in their climate controlled facility with inspections welcomed.
The car has been shown and has the trophies still with it. It is still capable of competingat the highest levels.
Good luck bidding and feel free to reach out should you have any questions about this car.
