1964 Cadillac DeVille Additional Info:

My loss is your gain. The first pic is what the caddy looked like before I started restoration.I started the project and then realized I could not afford to finish it.Here is status:1. Complete engine rebuild about 15 years ago - less than 1,000 miles driven after that.2. Complete mechanical overhaul - done in 2014/2015 - I spent $6,600+3. Started the body work - some of floor panels were rusted through, completely fixed. It was almost ready to paint when I told them to stop. I spent $3,000 on the body work. Needs $3K to $4K more.4. Interior & Top - this is the one thing without a lot of progress. It is a COMPLETE CAR. But needs a lot of work on interior. I spent about $1,000 on new leather for seats - it is not installed yet - I will include this leather - exact match to original of old seats in pics. I spent $300 on a new dash pad, the old one was too cracked/brittle. The one I bought is in good shape, but not perfect.5. Things I was about ready to do . .when I stopped. $495 for the convertible top, with window and pads. Interior door panel set - 4 panels - $895. Pre-made carpet set - $395. See the pic for the quotes. The front and rear bumpers have some rust, but are solid. However, they have a fair amount of pitting and would need to be re-chromed.
As you can see from the pic's all of the interior/windows/bumpers/etc., are pulled off - almost ready to paint. But all the parts are there.
I have about $11K into my recent renovation, but can't afford to keep going.
Just trying to cut my losses and move on. I can send an email with the $6,600 itemized bill for all the mechanical work . .completely overhauled!
Will sell for $9,750.
