1968 Buick Skylark Additional Info:

I bought this 68 off a lady that had just lost her husband and he had spent the last 8 years redoing this car. He had a pro street 68 also that his son got. The car is amazing, it honestly only needs paint. The car is as solid as ive ever seen and you can tell he didn't cut any corners and absolutely knows what he was doing. The underneath is flawless and has all brand new exhaust, new rims and tires (auction includes factory 14" and new tires..see pic). The car has the GS hood, body is solid there are a few spots where there was recent body work. Ill include all side trim even though he had all holes filled and was going to repaint and not have the trim on. Mock top is perfect, glass is perfect, interior is in great shape with only a few splits in the seats. Stereo was upgraded but could use a trim piece and needs to be hooked up. All gauges work and are autometer gauges and look great even with a monster tach. The motor is definitely built up and fresh as well as the trans but his wife didnt' know any details. Motor is a built 350 with coated headers, edelbrock intake, killer msd ignition and blaster coil, brand new battery 2 weeks ago as well as new wheel cylinders, chrome air cleaner, killer wire set, chrome alternator, killer steering wheel, chrome rear end cover, msd distributor. I took a bunch of pics of door jambs and trunk and trunk jams because it really is an amazingly solid car that goes down the road like its brand new. Original color is the creamy tannish/yellow color. I think he just put in primer so he could drive it after finished car and then get painted after car was perfect mechanically. This car will exceed any expectations and I hate to get rid of it but I realized im past my prime and wouldn't use the car as it should be used so ill let someone else enjoy it.
