| "1970 Buick GS 455 " "One of 5589 made in 1970!" I am listing a 1970 Buick GS 455 for sale. This GS was Completely Restored in 1985 winning the "World of Wheels" car show in Washington DC. It is an Original (63 A) Desert Gold car with a White Top & Pearl White Bucket Seat Interior(TRM 185). The Car is Completely Rust Free & still wearing all the Original Panels! Under the GS is in Beautiful Shape too, with all the Original Floor & Trunk Pans. The Interior is all Original, No Cuts or Rips anywhere. Dash Pad and Gauges all in Excellent Shape! The Gauges all Work, including the Factory Tach! The 455 was Rebuilt at that time and is a Replacement Block, No Vin# or Engine Codes anywhere. Still has the Original Intake, Carb & Exhaust Manifolds from 1970. Also, it has the Original Distributor with Points! The Glass, The Bumpers, Door Handles, Outside Trim, Front Grill, Rear Tail Panel are all in Very Nice Shape! The Wheels are in Very Nice Shape with T/A Radials on them 225/70's on the Front and 255/60's on the Rear. This GS comes wth the Original Protector Plate, Owners Manual and other Documents from the Amos & Andy Buick Dealership! Also, I have the Complete Documentation from the Sloan Museum to Show every Option this GS had from the Factory! When the GS was Restored in 1985 it had 83K miles on it, now it is Showing 95K. Thats 12K miles in 36 years. It was only Driven to & from Car Shows and Kept in a Garage! The Paint on the GS Shines Very Nice, but it is a Lacquer Finish. If you have ever been around a car with Lacquer Paint you know how Nice it Shines. But when the Paint is over 20 years old it will start to have Very Small cracks in it. I cannot pick it up with a Camera, but they are there. The A/C is Blowing Cool Air but not Cold like it should. If you would like to Know More about the GS give me a Call or Send me an email!
