Used. 1940 Buick. Not registered. No title.
CURRENT STATUS: In final stage of ground-up restoration. Body was stripped to metal. Vehicle has been completely repainted, including engine well. Engine has been completely reworked. All chrome was removed, 're-chromed' and re-installed. New brakes. Primarily all that's left for full restoration is replacing some of the windows (replacement glass included), dash, finish wiring, upholstery (upholstery material included ... deep burgundy red).
ADDITIONAL features not listed above: - Tires are new Cooper white walls ... less than 20 miles. - Has 'Rabbit Ears' on front bumpers for spare tires. - Suicide doors. - Brakes ... Front wheel disc; rear total rebuilt - Ignition is solid state. - Shocks are totally rebuilt. - New exhaust. REASON SELLING at this final stage of ground-up restoration: My husband is almost 90 and very ill. I cannot handle this project by myself. It's taken almost $100,000 to get it to its current stage. Pray it will go to a new owner who can complete the project with as much pride as we'd hoped for ourselves.
