For sale by owner: I purchased this Buick from the original owner who bought it brand new at Hamilton motor company in Hamilton Montana. (now a 2 owner vehicle you will be the 3rd owner). He took excellent care of this car it's entire life, it was garage stored and it shows. The car still wears its "department of defense" tag on the corner of the windshield he was a retired lieutenant colonel in the air force. 78,928 original miles verified by the original owner and his daughter the odometer certainly has NOT rolled over in this car. This Electra is the "custom" trim and was well optioned for a 1973. The entire drivetrain is numbers matching and original to the car. It runs and drives great, you can cruise down the interstate at 75mph. The engine does not smoke, knock, or have any abnormal sounds. It has great power, shifts great etc. The power features work great in the car, seat, windows, door locks, etc. It has NEVER been smoked in all of the ash trays are very clean, smells great inside. You will notice the car is "all there" original floor mats, all of the hardware is there under the hood and original the only thing it could use is a A/C re-charge and a replacement battery holder. The paint is all original no body or paint work, its very straight with no dents just very minor dings from everyday road use. This is not a "rusty" car it has no holes or rust issues, I have a detailed video of the car on a vehicle lift and detailed photo's I can provide to any potential buyer. The interior is gorgeous, the factory upholstery is all in great condition no rips or tears, the carpet it nice, all the door panels, the headliner is beautiful, NO cracks in the dash. Zero. Factory vinyl top is in great shape. All original glass (the windshield is not cracked). As you can see in the photos I have the original window sticker and factory manuals with the car, even the pre-delivery inspection form. What you are purchasing is the experience of owning an all original survivor Buick, it will need maintained properly to carry on this legacy this is not a fully restored car again it is a survivor. The front tires have been replaced, the rear tires work fine but are old I elected to not switch those out because I wasn't sure if the new owner would change the wheels/tires all together. Since I've owned the car I've replaced the fuel tank and sending unit, I did a tune up (spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor). Again it runs and drives great, I recently took the car on a 400 mile road trip with no issues. I love this car, I'm a classic car enthusiast at heart and I'm sure the next owner will appreciate the personality of this Buick as much as I have. This car in it's original condition is one of a kind. I'm selling to fund getting my family into a dream real estate purchase, please help ensure that this car goes to a great new home. I would love to speak with anyone interested in the car/send additional photo's and or details. I have a detailed walk around/run video of the car, detailed photos of the undercarriage I can share with any potential buyer. If you send me a message on eBay I will reply right away. I will answer ANY questions you have prior to and after the sale, this is a relationship not just a transaction. View my feedback with other auto sales and bid with confidence.
