You are bidding on a 1929 Buick roadster pickup truck. I was told and as much as I can track down this is the only one in America. Buick build it in 1929 to compete with the Ford pickup truck and everybody said Buick doesn't make pickup truck so it never sold. in my research of 14-year-old lot boy that worked at GM was told to use it to run parts from one Warehouse to another warehouse. through the years he kept getting promoted to where he finally ended up as a vice president of GM. I have owned this truck for 16 years I've had it in three body shops trying to get it restored original I have bought many many parts including to rebuilt motors and two rebuilt transmissions the top that came with it looks like new. I saved this from the scrap yard it was on a hot rod chassis and I bought an original 1929 Buick 4 door out of California that somebody had cut down to make it into a pickup truck. I only use the chassis the motor the transmission for mine to make his original as possible. it is about 65% done my wife passed away this was our project and I basically lost interest and I can't find anybody that is honest in the state of Ohio to finish it and make it a running driving show car. it does run drive and stop it has been ran in four or five years I have a ton of extra parts that I've collected I have all this in a 24-foot enclosed trailer I don't have any pictures of it recently or of all of the parts I can try to get some over the weekend. if you have any questions please reach out to me and I will give you pictures or more answers that you're looking for it does have a clean clear title from California.
