CA Black Plates, 2 Owners in Los Angeles, Reportedly original 53,000 miles

I am helping an elder friend sell this 2 owner 1964 Riviera that has always been in Los Angeles with original CA black plates. It has 53,000 original miles according to the current owner, but he does not have old service records from the previous owner as proof. The first owner was a neighbor and church lady that only drove it around town. The current owner bought it in 1981 and used it primarily for shows, driven about 5,000 miles since. It has always been garaged and the original interior has been very well preserved. The 425ci engine starts and idles smoothly, runs very well, and the transmission shifts as it should. The water temp stays where it should and did not get hot idling for long periods during the photoshoot. The heater hoses are not hooked up and the A/C is not functioning. All of the A/C components are present, but probably needs a new compressor according to the owner. When driving, it seems a little soft in the suspension and may need new shocks. The brakes pull to the right when stopping, so they probably need to be bled. It has aftermarket discs in front and factory drums in the rear. Non-original shade of blue is a 10 footer and not of great quality. It was painted because he didn't like the original Marlin Blue color. The original paint can be seen in the trunk and some other spots. The hood rubs on the cowl and has chipped the paint. No bondo detected with a paint meter and reportedly never been hit. With the exception of a few rust bubbles under the paint on the passenger side rear rocker as pictured, no other rust, floors are perfect. The interior is in beautiful original condition and only needs a cleaning. All original glass, windows roll up and down easily. The package tray cover is worn and has remnants of a blue fuzzy cover. It has an aftermarket radio installed under the dash. Don't let the wheels scare you, the original wheels and hub caps are included as pictured. New battery just installed.
