This 1947 Buick Super sedan is a true time capsule. 66790 miles believed correct. It has been stored inside all its life. A No rust car from one end to the other. Car has spent all its life in west Texas near Abilene. It was a one owner car until around the year 1999. I believe I am the third owner. I acquired the car in 2017. The original interior was in good condition but the seat cushions were dry rotted and the door panels were not torn but stained. I had the seat cushions and door panels professionally redone at a cost over $3500. The back of the front seat and the front mat and rear carpet and headliner are original and in good condition. It has new wide whitewall Tires cost $1,600.00. Recently I had Buick Club member Pete Phillips install new brakes, Torque ball seal, new battery, rear shock links. It runs very smooth and drives and stops. I have a clear Texas title in my name. The paint is the original and it has great patina. It has the original certificate of ownership holder still attached to the steering column. Back in the day the owner had to carry proof of ownership in that holder. It has been restored in the trunk, and it is very nice. I have the jack, spare tire for it. It always starts and it runs very smooth. I have a video of the car running for interested buyers.
