1994 Buick Roadmaster Additional Info:
I love this ugly ducking and it's a shame to sell, as it truly runs like a brand new Roadmaster and so many parts have been replaced including tires, brakes, battery, alternator and a ton of front end parts. Alas, I bought ANOTHER Roadmaster with 15K miles on it and I can't drive both! I call her an ugly duckling because she has dings, scratches and paint fade all over. Yet, she's super solid, as you can see from the undercarriage pictures. She was born in CA, moved to Maryland and then I bought her last year. Also, I tried to cover up some of the paint loss with what I thought was the correct paint code... nope, not even close! She only has 65K on her and she starts, stops, shifts and handles just like my Roadmaster with 15K on her. EVERYTHING works on my Roadmaster including all the power windows, power seat, power mirrors, power antenna and power trunk. She also has tilt, intermittent wipers (I just changed the blades) and the cruise works perfectly. Even the Concert II factory stereo system with a smooth running cassette player sounds great! The leather interior is in great shape, but the visors are torn up for some reason. . Also, I put a dash pad on her to cover up the cracks on the dash. I just had the air conditioning recharged and she's spitting ice cubes. The undercarriage is unbelievably clean (see pictures) and the only rust is on the bottom of the rear quarters, which I shot with a little bit of rustproofing prevention so it doesn't rust any further. SO... if you want a solid car that runs like new and has the LT1 Corvette motor in her, feel free to bid. You won't find another with such low mileage and my starting bid of only $3,900 with no reserve.
Feel free to check my feedback profile of 2,785 ALL POSITIVE comments and bid with ultra confidence. But PLEASE, ask any and all questions before bidding, as your bid is a legally binding agreement to buy my Roadmaster. Drive it, have it inspected, ask the wife/girlfriend/husband/boyfriend before bidding and, if you're younger than 18, contact me first before bidding (I actually had a 12 year old bid on one of my cars... mom didn't pay). Also, I am selling my Roadmaster AS IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
High bidder is responsible for shipping, but keep in mind that this car will travel across the country without a problem, so feel free to fly into Detroit Metropolitan Airport and drive her home. I will pick you up from the airport and will also work with a transport company for safe shipment. I ALWAYS take pictures of the car being loaded and send them to the high bidder. I'm currently driving my Roadmaster, so the mileage may be a bit higher than delineated (still within the 65K range).
High bidder MUST send a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit via Paypal (smileylinc@comcast.net) within 24 hours to hold the car. Full payment MUST be made within 3 days of the auction end. I will accept a CLEARED certified check, CLEARED wire transfer and cash is always KING! I reserved the right to end the auction early if I receive a mutual agreement on a price that is ABOVE my starting bid. I will not respond at all to any low ball offers under my starting bid. Good luck and I'm very confident that someone is going to get a great car!
