1960 Buick LeSabre
Up for a Buy-it-Now is a really sleek looking 1960 Buick LeSabre that we are selling for a friend.Relisting again due to a non-paying bidder. This cool car has spent its entire life in the state of Washington. It has been a labor of love for the past 15 years and in the mist of building his own home, has decided to let someone else enjoy its beauty.
He has put a lot of work into it and has gotten it into a good place where the next builder can start back up into tinkering. He is including a photo album full of repair invoices, original paper work, old registrations, original purchase agreement from the dealer back in 1959 and service manuals.

Here are some specs and background information:
Motor: Original 364 Nailhead. Actual mileage is unknown (see odometer pic), but in the last 15 years that he has owned it, maybe put 1,000 miles on it. Push button start. She runs and drives!
Transmission: Original transmission that was just recently serviced.
Exterior: Primed, blocked and painted last year two tone gray on black with custom striping. It is yet to be polished. Bumpers are powder coated with a ghost chrome look. Handles have been shaved (kit included but not installed, missing poppers). Full disclosure - The rear quarter panels do have some rust issues, we tried to get some pictures of it.
Interior: Floor panels repaired and welded in. Floor and trunk have been coated with POR 15. New carpet installed. Upholstery is about 6 years old; it’s a bit faded, but still does the job. Needs door panels or have fun and create your own!
Glass: Front glass and rubber is new. Needs wing window glass and driver’s side is cracked. Depending on your goals, side windows could be replaced, it’s all flat.
Wiring: Has been rewired with a Painless kit.
Wheels and tires: Rims are powder coated. The hubcaps are original. Tires are Coker white walls. Wheel bearings overhauled.
Brakes: Brake lines and 16inch brake drums have been overhauled. This old girl stops on a dime.
Included are numerous parts for this project. Almost all the trim is there (it might all be there) just need proper clips. See trunk picture.
