I purchased this vehicle in November 2011 from a small dealership in Wheatfield, ndiana. I have not had any crashes with this vehicle for the whole duration in owning it. From some research, he Buick Electra Park Avenue Ultras were one of the last groups of car modelsmade in the USbefore General Motors stopped production of this model in 1990, hich rendered thiscar model obsolete. The car also features an unusual spoiler built into the top of the trunk with a brake light in the center. From the research done, could not find any reference to the cars having them incorporated. The exteriorhassome natural wear, uthas some minor damagefrom past owners. The following is a list of exterior minor damage from past owners and from natural causes.Most of the damages listed here are very minor in nature and from everyday use since 1989, ut there are a few basic damages that need repair.
Exterior minor damage from past owners:

• dent on passenger-side back door
• front bumper slightly dented and askew
• broken rear right-side tail light cover, ut still works
• front driver's side turn signal light cover broke
• grill has some damage

Interior minor damage from past owners:

• glove compartment latch needs replacing
• driver's-side lock switch needs to be reattached back into door slot
• radio was removed but all wires are intact (lightly used CD player provided to replace missing radio)
• gear shift is missing cap
• ceiling lining missing
• front driver-side door handle mechanism needs repairing (door cannot be opened from outside)

Exterior natural wear:

• few small rust spots below door areas
• a few very, ery minor hail dents
• vinyl roof lining lightly worn
• front bumper surface paint chipping
• weather stripping on doors needs replacing
• back bumper side pieces slightly flared
• natural moderate rusting on undercarriage

Interior natural wear:

• leather seats moderately worn
• car mats moderately worn from use

When I bought the vehicle in November 2011 most of these issues already existed.Thecar runs nice and smoothly, owever, here are a few repairs needed in order to optimize performance.Oneissue with the car iswhen slowing to a stop, small knocking noise begins, oming from underneath the car. I was informed that the supposed cause of this knocking was the doughnut, hich connects to the exhaust pipe underneath the engine,either needs to be tightened or replaced. Another issue is thebushings underneath the car need replacing. A third issue is thecatalytic converter is missing, ut themuffler exhaust system has been replacedin order to try and compensate for the missing catalytic converter.The engine head gasket needs replacing and the brake fluid reservoir cap is warped, ut can be easily replaced with new cap or reservoir can be completely replaced with new reservoir.(A new brake fluid reservoir is provided with this sale.)The final issues that I am aware of are thatthe chassis system needsbasic repairand thecar needs a new battery.
These are the only issues that I have been informed of from a mechanic about the running condition of this vehicle.
