1969 Buick Riviera Additional Info:
***RE-LISTING DUE TO BUYER NOT COMPLETING TRANSACTION *** Offered for sale is a 1969 Buick Riviera. This is a nice-looking classic that gets looks wherever it goes.Much has been done to update this car, including a new front disc brake conversion, steering box, ball joints, springs, shocks and most other underbody components. It has the Buick big block 430 with the Turbo 400 transmission. There is a small oil and transmission leak that I have not tracked down, but the car starts and runs great. It needs a carb adjustment as the choke was set for cold weather environment. In addition to the underbody and brakes, a new Billet Specialties wheel and chrome levers have been added to dress up the column. The interior is very clean, with no tears anywhere. The floors appear to have been fiber glassed over in the past, but they seem solid throughout. The rockers are all solid and look like new.The body looks good, with beautiful blue paint and a newer black vinyl top. There is a small area around the drive side rear wheel that is bubbled and may have some rust, and underneath there are some worn or missing body mounts that need replacing.I have purchase a complete set of mounts that I was planning to install, and they will come with the car.The electric windows and door locks are not functioning, and the AC is not blowing cold. As mentioned the front brakes are new but need adjustment.I have not had these items looked at yet. This is not a show car, but overall it is a great looking clean ride that would be great for weekend cruising. The odometer shows 60,378,however, I do not know the car's history and have no way of knowing if it is actual. I have tried to describe as accurately as possible, but of course If you have questions, please ask. The vehicle is being sold "as is / where is". Inspection prior to bidding is available. Thank you for looking.
