Selling my 1951 Buick Special custom project. Not a lot of 1951 Buicks around let alone chopped customs. Unfortunately I have too many projects so this is the first to go. I have this project all mapped out with all the custom parts. I even paid to have my vision digitally rendered so I could see the finished product before it was built. The price I am asking would barely cover a chop let alone the whole car with all the custom items purchased. My custom is as follows...1951 Buick Special lowered with mild 3" chop, slanted A-pillars, shaved, nosed, and decked, frenched headlights, frenched antenna,1951 Cadillac taillights, 1941 Nash rear window, rare 1953 Buick Riviera wire wheel caps, fender skirts, 1952 Packard Clipper rearbumper, stock front grill, bumper and side trim. This is a full project and will need to go to someone who can take on the task of completing it. The car has a clear title in my nameand is currently under non operation. This will be a awesome Buick custom that nobody will have like it. I encourage anyone interested in the car to see it in person. Please ask any and all questions and do not assume anything.I have done my best to accurately describe everything. I will takeadditional pics as you want if you send and send to your email. 310-279-0465 text or email delrio241@gmail.com. Non refundable deposit of $500 via Paypal within first 24 hours of auction end. The balance due within 3 days by bank transfer, money order, cash, paypal (if you cover fees). I would even be open to help delivering within a 1000 miles but that would have to be discussed as you would be paying the expenses.
What is done: Initial 3" chop but needs all the window molding cut down, The headlights have been frenched. Thedoor handles, hood emblem, trunk emblem, and side port vents have all been shaved, 10 bolt GM posi rear end out of a Camaro.
As I stated before all the custom and basic parts are here along with front/back seats, dash with gauges, and door panels, 283 Chevrolet engine, Turbo 350 transmission, 10 bolt Camaro posi rear end. Needs suspension as it was taken out to be set up for air bags. I have blocks of wood where the springs go for now. Now for the pictures....
Picture 1,2,3 are digitalized to show the car how the car would look complete with Buick wire wheels, original Buick side trim, skirts, taillights, bumper, sail panels filled in with rear Nash window installed. All other photos of actual car as it is now. Rust free California car with only a small portion of floorboard (just a patch panel) that needs attention (will try topost pics soon).
When time permits I will also be listing a 1939 Cadillac LaSalle 2 door coupe 5027with opera seats and a 1949 Chevrolet 5 window pickup so be sure to check out those auctions or inquire for pictures. All are non running full projects.
