NO RESERVE!
I have rescued a 1938 Buick Special 40 series split back window business coupe. The car has what to be the original straight 8 engine, and transmission.
I was told that the car was being used as an old parts car. As far as I seen not many parts were pulled from it besides the seats. The car was sitting in the trees out side, for many years, and hasn’t run in who knows how long.
The gentlemen I bought it from was cleaning up his Dads property and wanted it gone, so I couldn’t go on without saving it. (I posted one picture the way I found it).
Remember this is a PROJECT! All the parts in the trunk go with it. The overall car is there but as you can see it’s rusted as well. It is still a great rod! The frame is solid, but noticed the front passenger spring, area is rusted out. It’s not bad but I just want to let every one know. (LOOK AT THE PICTURES SO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.)
I found the title from 1973 and is vined by the engine serial number. (This took me a while to figure out)
This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION and is still being sold and shown locally. So if the car sells before the auction ends, I will end the auction ASAP!
Thank you
