Buick Roadmaster Woodie 1953

I have owned the car for 26 years. Of 865 built, to my knowledge, there are not not more than 15 left. Only "woodie" ever built with a V8 and 12 volt electric system. Buick’s 50th anniversary year.

Mechanical: Strong V8 ”Nailhead” engine. Second generation Dynaflow. Runs and drives well.

Exterior: Straight, excellent chrome, excellent wood, new paint.

Wire wheel hubcaps (some spokesmissing), wide white walls in fair shape.

Interior: Original. Needs carpet kit. Back seat cover replaced but an excellent match.

Rebuilt: Motor, carburetor, starter, generator,

Extras, Custom wood surf racks. CD player under dash (no modifications were required for installation or for mounting speakers),auxiliary fuel pump (electric).

Always garaged.
