It will start and go but needs a new battery and tires. I have been told by my grandmother "who i'm selling it for" that the transmission is stuck in low. The car is being sold as is. It has been kept under the carport for about 3 years now and needs to find a new home. All chrome inside and out is in good shape and there is very little to no rust over the whole car.
