1985 Buick Riviera Additional Info:
There isn't much to say. I think the pictures speak for themselves! I am only selling because, I have "NO" more room! I just finished putting on the correct filler extensions, as the previous owners had put on the multi piece ones and the car presented poorly. FYI, I painted them in single stage acrylic lacquer, so they would match identically to the rest of the car (including texture and finish) I also put on brand new correct Coker Classic 1.3" WWW tires which only have about 10 miles on them. This car is about as original as you will find, even the belts, hoses and wires are original, correct and dated. The interior is as if no one ever set inside the car at all. The seats are soft, and wrinkle free. The floor mats have NO wear at all! The car looks like it was built yesterday! I did have the radiator rotted out and all fluids changed. I replaced the antenna with an NOS unit and the Concert Sound system is amazing!!! This is one of the most loaded Rivera's I have ever seen. Note some of the options: Factory Sunroof Twilight Sentinal Concert Sound system Electronic Dash ( when have you ever seen a Buick of those years with a Digital Dash???) Electronic AC Power seats both sides Memory seats AC was serviced and has never thrown oil, (The hood pad will attest to that). Auto-lever control (which works flawlessly) This car was loaded to an equivalent Eldorado There are also to many other options to list. Notice all the fine details, it is truly exceptional!!! The only issue is the sunroof slide cover needs to be recovered. The headliner is original but the slide must take a massive amount of heat. I find that keeping the slide cover back hides the flaw. Only one hubcap has a defect and it looks to be where some idiot didst remove the lock and a pry mark is on the outer lip. VIN is listed on the CarFax in the photos in description. This car has won numerous 1st place trophies. Including most original. Any question please feel free to ask. Thanks you for watching and good luck. Please take note: This is a, "turn key" point show car. Drive it anywhere with NO troubles or have it trailed home.
