1957 Buick Special Additional Info:
This is a very solid 1957 Buick car. Floors are solid. The trim is in good shape some dings and scratches here and there, but overall above average. I included pictures of the major damage to the body of the car, which isn't bad. A ding on the left front fender close to the headlight, and some rust in the front of the passenger side rear quarter. Other than that the body is in real good shape for a car of its age. The bumpers and chrome on the exterior all have some pitting and scratches. Some of the pieces could be polished out and some are in driver condition.
The engine is a 401 Nail head with the vin on the intake valley of 4I1061010 Which tells me that it is a 401 out of a 62 buick. The previous owner told me that the motor had been rebuilt not too long ago. I do not have paper work on it or anything. Engine runs good.
All the exterior trim is on the car. The windows are in good shape except for the passenger side vent glass it has a crack in it.
It is a project so it does have its minor issues. Taillights need work and blinkers. Speedometer froze up
I have brand new seals for the doors, vend windows, and trunk. I also have the correct steering wheel that I have pictured. Its in primer ready for paint.
Overall this is a solid car that drives well. If you have any question Call Tyler @316-207-7818
