This 1940 Buick Special is an excellent and unique example of a pre WWII American Automobile. The builder of this one has taken what was already a great looking vehicle and made it even more unique. The top has been chopped, interior has been re-done, and its been retro-modded around new mechanics. It has a 305 SBC and a 700R4, power steering, power brakes, a/c, 4 wheel disc brakes, 17 Boyd Coddington wheels, power front and rear windows, and newer motorcycle blinkers in the mirrors.
