1987 Buick Grand National Additional Info:
87 GN that I have owned for 15 years and comes with an LS6 motor swap with a 4L80E trans with a 3200 Stall and Trans Cooler, still running a 63mm Turbo with a high dollar ESP Front Mount Intercooler. Motor came out of a 01 Pontiac Firehawk that I purchased new and upgraded motor through dealer and it put down 410 rwhp (6M, cam, headers) N/A. Centerline wheels with Mickey Thompson Drag Radials in back and M/T skinny's up front. All new Energy Suspensions with drop spindles up front for the perfect stance. Fuel pump is a HFP320 and 80 lb High Imp injectors. New Optima Red Top battery that has been relocated to the trunk. Has Lokar trans dip stick and also Lokar throttle cable. Front and Back seats were reupholstered about 4 years ago and are perfect. Power seats and windows work fine but roll up slowly. A/C has new compressor but still needs to be charged, will also need a better tune as it only has a base tuneto start and drive around the block. However even with 8 or 9 psi it should be easily over 500 reliable horsepower. The speedometer is not working but was told it needs a part to get the transmission electronic signal to convert to mechanical. Overall car has pretty descent paint but it is not a show car. However that does not mean that it does not garner attention both on the road, parking lots and even at gas stations you get lots of compliments!
