1913 Buick G80 Additional Info:
I am selling a 1913 Buick model 31 (serial number 1195) which I bought in New Hampshire several years ago. The previous owner had the car since 1954. I have the registration from 1961.I had the water pump shaft replaced on the car along with a new cast impellor/new timken double roller bearing/and packed with Garlock 118. NO leaks! The carburetor was removed and adjusted/ radiator was repaired for a leak/ and the magneto was cleaned and adjusted. Car has sat for the past six months --- cranked it four times and it started right up. The tires/wheels are incorrect ---should be 34x3.5 They are 28's now. Hardware is good to use on the correct tires. Missing the spare tire for the running board. Top and interior are in good condition. It has nicks in the paint here and there --- I am not sure if the paint is original. The manifold on the passenger side of the engine does not appear original to the car BUT it operates fine. The engine also had a repair at some point in its life BUT again no leaks or problems. It does drip oil here and there like any old car..... Good luck bidding ! It's a good car folks!!! I hate to sell it !
