1967 Buick Skylark GS400 Additional Info:

For sale is a 1967 Buick GS400 original 4 speed car with the red paint/black interior combo. Car is registered in California & has a clean title & the iruginal protecto plate that matches the vin & is correct to this car. Of the 10,659 hardtops made only 2,280 were 4 speed manual, making this a rare find. There are some rust issues on the fenders & quarters as well as the floors & trunk. The frame is in good condition & has no rust issues. The heater box will need replaced as well, as it has rusted through. The rear panel below the rear glass has been replaced with a brand new panel as well as the front panel below the front glass (both new panels can be seen in the pictures. I paid over $1000.00 just for those two panels to be replaced.) Because of the panels being replaced the glass is just set back in place in anticipation of paint. All glass is intact/non cracked & in good condition. The trunk & hood have been replaced with a better set that can be cleaned up & painted easier. The bumpers are straight, but will need Re-chromed. The car does not currently run, but has a fairly new rebuilt 400 in it hooked up to a Muncie 4 speed transmission, original hurst shifter, & posi traction. From what I can tell the motor does not match the car, but it is the freest size 400 for this car. It also has the dual master cylinder/power brakes & the front finned aluminum brake drums. The front seats have been reupholstered & the rear seat is in decent condition with a few cracks on top. The dashboard does have a few cracks in it as well. The factory wheels are very nice & will clean up really well. I do not have the star wars air cleaner. A $500.00 deposit will be required within 2 days to hold the car. All sales are final. Car is also for sale locally & I reserve the right to end the auction early. I am losing over $2000.00 by selling the car at this price so please don't low ball.
