1939 Buick Other Additional Info:
I bought this GEM to make a resto-mod with a V 10 Viper engine with new Art Morrison frame suspension, rear end ect . I was going to have the paint and GREAT PATINA prepared for a clear coating because the body is straight and rust free. The rest of the car is rust free as well. AlI the trim is in great shape and is inside the car. I covered the car right after these pics and before I decided to sell. I can send pics of the inside which has a beautiful dash, door trim handles ect. The front seat is all there and can be reupholstered with out rebuilding. It never had a back seat. When I bought the car I noticed new rubber and other stuff in the suspension, the motor was cleaned with new or repainted valve cover. I was told by the previous owner that he thought the guy he purchased it from, might have had it running. But the starter and intake and exhaust manifold, generator were removed and sold. It does have all the parts that were sold including the bumpers, but they are not refurbished to match the engine bay which is really nice. I would like interested buyers to call me for more details about the car. It is rare and in spectacular condition for a 75 year old car. Total restoration would be easy, since it has only surface rust and no dents and no metal work needed. Give me a call and ask for Dick, I live in the Mpls Mn. area and shipping is no problem...612 709 9630 Thanks for looking. .......PS this car was apprased by "Russ's Classic Car Appraisal Services"at 8000-9000 dollars.....
