Bids start at $6,950. 7 day auction will end next Monday in the evening.
IF YOU HAVE 0 Zero Feedback and or any bad ratings please contact me first or I will cancel bid.
I would like only real bidders to have a fair shot at winningthis car.
The short story.
This is a 3 owner car, has never been in an accident, every singleVIN # tag from factory are on ALL bodypanels. Paint is 100 percent original and is not in the best of shape BUT can be cleaned up with the so called (paint correction) with some scratcheson hood and on roof a dent on pass side door see pics and a small rust spot on lower rear valance down on bottompleasesee ALL THE PICTURES they show a very accurate description of this cool ix variant of the famed e30 coupe. The fender wells look clean the battery area has no rust and under the car does not look bad.
Wehave original Bill of sale and odometer statement from when1st ownerbought the car for $32,000 or so. SEE PICS
Owner # 1 aDoctor in South Dakota after buying the car and putting 17,200 mile on itsentthis325ix out to Dinan shop in California and from what I was told by the 2nd owner a friend of mine as well.Is that the Doc put as much into the car at Dinan shop as he paid for the car new. That was $32,000 wow.
That included Turbo intercooled set up, Transmission upgrades and suspension system Software exhaust and so on.
Owner#2 bought car at 34,730 miles Nov6th 1995 he kept the log book that goes with the car too he was a fanatic and took amazing care of car and log all. Including on Aug 2005 had transmission rebuilt and Serviced transfer case 61k miles
The 3rd and current owner offered the car to me but I am not a fan of Automatic trans cars so if it was a 5 speed I would not be helping him sell this e30 it would be in my collection after being cleaned up and made to a nice show car.
So more on the car as it now sits today.
Recent service for cam belt was done and new Khumo 15" 205/55 tires, and new brakes rotors and pads on all 4 corners .New down pipe for turbo was fabricated and installed and oil and all fluids and anything else that was needed was done about 1 year ago at areputable BMW shop in NJ. at the tune of $4,700.
Thecar starts right up and drives nice but its not current on registration and we could not take car for long ride but the shop says car is fine and just needs to be driven around and it runs and performs as it should.
I do not know how much psi boost car runs but Im sure Dinan would know this set up.
The black seats and interiorall free of wear and rips. Near perfect. Frontseat back panel is lose but I think pops back in.
All tools, Book, Service book has some stamps from 1st owner and 2nd owner made and we(have a log book) that has details you cant even imagine from every single time he put fuel into the car milage date cost of fuel and avg mpg. Very cool to see this. ALONG with that he kept documented every Oil Change the kind of oil and any Service preformed. This keeps track of his owner ship from about 36k miles to current owners buying the car at about 61k miles. Current owner has his records or service so pretty much we have all service records from day 1.
As of now we have not found any of the Dinan records however Im sure Dinan would have some info on this car if you gave them the VIN #.
The AWD system seems to be fine no noises and or problems that we see.
We just fixed a breather valve / hose that made car idol up and down.
SEE PICTURES of the Flaws Paint issue on sides and dent on passenger door. Small rust under rear valance.
The gray head liner has some black stains I think will come out with a detail. The dash seems to be free of any cracks and looks very good with no fading or marks cracks.
The engine bay is quite dirty and the insulation that goes on the hood for heat protection is old and a mess. Easynot expensive fix for next owner.
With that said the car is not detailed is being sold as is the car all around just needs some TLC and it will be a fantastic collector BMW and will only rise in value.
I could babble on all day but I think this is enough info and I hope to see this car go to a e30 BMW enthusiast PLEASE READ AND SEE ALL PICTURES BEFORE EMAILING ME. I will try to answer any question and I will not shut auction down early so please bid to win I have 100% positive feedback and have been an Ebay member for years.
Anything I have left out you may need to know you can email me I have more pictures too if needed.
Best of luck and hope you win this cool BIMMER
