1991 BMW 3-Series E30 Additional Info:

I feel like I'm selling one of my children. I lusted after this little car for years before I finally bought it. Previously, it belonged to my next door neighbor who did his damnedest to keep this car looking and running as new as the day it rolled off the showroom floor. I'm moving out of state at the end of summer and can't take both cars with me. This is someones chance to own an absolutely gorgeous, head turning classic E30. This is the highly sought after M42 motor thats regarded as the "Baby E30 M3". Heres all that I know about the car:
Georgia car since new, NO rust, NO leaks, NO funny noises, no major dents or scratches, every single thing works like new, has USB head unit and new speakers. MILEAGE IS ACCURATE!! Only flaws are: slight curb rash, one minor scratch on the black plastic bumper trim, a couple very minor dents, and some peeling around the window gutters(rain gutters weren't painted with the same attention as the rest of the car -- see pic) and one tiny crack in the dash that you cannot see while sitting inside the car(maybe 1 inch long -- see pic). The pin striping doesn't match perfectly on the trunk vs. the rest of the car.
Car speaks for itself and will make a great addition to any classic BMW enthusiast/admirers driveway. Cool retro hand crank sunroof works properly and doesn't leak. You absolutely will not find a better cared for E30 in the southeast for the money. Paint is solid 8.5 including the poorly repainted inner rain gutters. Interior is a solid 9.5 -- everything works, is clean and intact.
1st owner - worked for the GBI and purchased it as a second car for the weekend. This great little car was originally purchased from Nalley BMW in Decatur, GA. This owner did all maintenance/repair work at Nalley BMW. He owned it until 1997 when my neighbor purchased it from him.
2nd owner - (who i purchased it from) purchased it as his second car "for stepping out and looking nice" and kept it under cover(two blankets under an E30 fitted car cover). Every time anything made a funny noise or wasn't generally perfect he took it to either Nalley BMW or MBM in decatur and had it fixed. He's quite fastidious about his belongs and it truly shows in this E30. He owned it until May 2015 when he replaced it with a brand new Mini. (he also cuts his grass with scissors, and I'm not kidding)
3rd owner - Enter me, I've only put about 4,000 miles on it in the last year. Every time I get it in I just feel happy. It's a fun little toy and I've been very kind to it. I've continued taking it to MBM for services as well as a BMW mechanic I know who took a liking to the car when he saw it. It gets attention everywhere I go!
I have all the paper records from MBM going back to 2004 and the CarFax shows other maintenance/repair work done at Nalley BMW in Decatur, GA where the car was originally purchased. Records going back to 2011 show that just in the last 5 years he and I spent over $18,000 just keeping the car in perfect condition. All records total up to $30,000! Heres a list of a few of the major things that have been done.
