1972 bmw bavaria base, 4 speed, 1 owner car, running in great condition

1972 BMW 2.8 Bavaria Additional Info:

This original BMW Bavaria has an amazing story behind it and unfortunately I don't feel able to uphold this gem. I purchased this vehicle from the original owners brother who inherrited the vehicle at his death. The original owner was an extremely meticulous man who upkept the vehicle and logged nearly every single mile driven in his log book. His log book not only logged every mile from 1972 to 2022 but also referrenced every single maintenance record and at what mileage it took place. He also references the Original Service Manual (BMW Blue Book) which is annotated for each repair. Everything that has ever been done on the vehicle is recorded and the purchase will come with the Log Book (black smaller book) and BMW Service Manual (larger blue book). The vehicles exterior is not in ideal shape. It has rust (these cars all generally have rust) around the wheel whell, some on the doors, as well as other locations. Refer to the pictures for close ups. The body is very straight and the as far as I and his brother are aware, the vehicle has not been in any accidents. All lights are working and functional.
The interior is also not in ideal shape but it is in great shape for the year and it is also original. The front seat has the most wear and the passenger has a nice slice down the middle (nothing that couldn't be reuped). The rear seats are in great condition. The dashboard has a bit of cracking and the clock was in service upon his death so the clock is missing. The AC blows cold and strong.
The motor is very strong and always fires up (sometimes may take more than 1st crank). It runs healthy and can be daily driven. I have many accessory parts that I will throw in with the car such as: gaskets, filters, carb parts, lights, springs, alternator, etc.
Overall the car is a very functional car and is a blast from the past to drive!A night cruise in downtown with this car creates a truly nostalgic feelings on the 70's. I have owned many attractive cars and for some reason this car seems to grab the most attention.
The vehicle was signed off to me and I have not yet registered the vehicle. I am the rightful full owner of the vehicle.
