1984 BMW 6-Series 633CSi Additional Info:
European Motor Studio is excited to offer this highly original 1984 BMW 633CSi 5-Speed in a very attractive shade of Alpine White over Red leather. After leaving the BMW factory in January of 1984 and invoiced to BMW North America. This 633CSi lived in Georgia from new to October 2013 when the 3rd owner of the car moved it to New York until moving the car to Arizona in 2017. Accompanying this 633CSi is a very extensive service documentation file dating back to when the car was new along with the original BMW books. The Alpine White paint has been paint metered and is completely original with the exception to the driver door which has had some touch up work to it at some point. All of the rubber trim is in great condition with no markings or damage and all of the glass appears to be original and damage free. The original leather interior shows very well for its age with a few markings on the driver seat. The dash board does have a couple small cracks that are not overly visible. BMW's tried and true straight 6 cylinder engine starts right up and idles smoothly. It pulls very strong and smooth through all of the gears with no smoking on start up or acceleration. The car has just undergone a thorough service including new plugs, cap and rotor, a new clutch, an exhaust replacement a few years back, a new thermostat and a fluid service. Brand new tires have also just been put on. The clutch is very smooth and there is no grinding in any of the gears. The brakes feel excellent with no fade or noises and the suspension is smooth but tight. All of the electronics are operating on the car including the original BMW radio and power antenna, all 4 power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof. All of the seat functions are operating on both seats except for the headrests. All of the gauges are working and reading correctly. There is no visible rust found anywhere on the car and no signs of accident damage. This is a very original 633CSi equipped with the very desirable 5-sped gearbox and in a desirable color combination. Accompanied with the sale of this E24 is the original manuals, complete tool kit and spare, original dealer brochure and a very large service/history file on the car dating back to 1985.
