1989 BMW 7-Series 750il Additional Info:
I am the current owner of this very nice very low mile & and rare 1989 750il and am not selling it for someone else.
I bought this car from an estate sale in California and there has been only one previous owner. It appears that the car spent all of its life in California before I purchased it. It is completely rust free and has only 64383 miles on her.
I bought the car with the intention of completely restoring it and keeping it for myself as I really like and am a fan of the E32 series. As a previous owner of 2 E38 750ils I can honestly say that the build quality of the E32 series is superior. It is just better put together in my honest opinion.
The car has no mechanical issues whatsoever. The V12 motor runs very strong and smooth and during my ownership the car has not left me stranded or has overheated. It also has not burdened me with the annoying check engine light. The car also has no transmission issues and runs very smooth.
The car has also been given a complete tune up including new ignition wires, spark plug wires, ignition coils, spark plugs, complete air filter and fuel filter replacement as well as transmission and coolant flushes by a qualified BMW mechanic. I recently installed a brand new Duracel battery. The car starts up strong every time.
The body has several dents that are not noticeable in the photos but are easily repairable. Some of the fuses in the car that operate the turn signal and hazard lights need to be replaced. The tail lamp bulb also needs replacement. There is also a small hairline crack on the upper left side of the windshield.
The tires on the car have approximately 70% tread life left.
The drivers side seat has some minor wear. Otherwise the leather trim is in very good condition on the rest of the car with no tears. The wood and plastic trim on the car are in excellent condition. All the power windows work perfectly as well as the radio and sunroof. The headliner and carpeting are in great, pristine condition with no stains. The pixels are all in perfect condition. In addition to the car I have included with the sale brand new BMW parts and trim that I had intended to install including an antenna mast assembly, windshield wipers arms, plastic console gear shifter trim, door handle rubber gaskets and drivers side rubber lining. These parts cost approximately $700.00.
I am selling the car with a low reserve. I really hate to sell it as I have had a lot of fun with it but I am moving to Colorado and have to travel light.
SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE!!!
Any questions you can call me 786 333 3073. Jeff

I forgot to add that the AC works perfectly but needs a freon charge. All power functions for the front and back seat also work properly except for the rear left head rest. A new fuse should fix the issue.
DISCLOSURE: I currently have the California title of the vehicle signed over to me by the previous owner as well the the bill of sale when I purchased the vehicle but I did not register it to my name. Please check your state DMV laws to see if they would except open title to register the vehicle. If you are the winner of the bid I will not request payment until I am sure that you are able to register the vehicle in your state to avoid any misunderstanding. Otherwise I will need to register the car in my name and request a Florida title which can take about 10 days.
