The M5 exterior has been fully restored. The outside condition of the car is a 10/10 mint and flawless except for curb rash on some of the wheels and the tires will need to be replaced soon. The car has matching Vin stickers on every single panel of the car (everything is original). The interior is decent but needs some work mainly the seats other then that its fine. The sport seats were swapped out by the first owner for luxury seats back in the 90's. The swap was done by the dealer and was fully documented. There is no radio head unit in the car at the moment, but it does come with a original BMW factory radio. I never got a chance to install because when I purchased the car it came with an after market stereo so I purchased an original BMW unit but never put it in. She also comes with the original window sticker, original factory key, and original factory BMW alarm keyless entry remote. I also have every single record from 1991-2014. Once I took ownership of the car a lot of the services were done by me so after 2014 there are no more records. The car has Dinan Performance Software (chip), and Dinan Front suspension. The car is very healthy, the clutch feels good. It shift through all the gears with no issues. I just installed a new clutch slave cylinder. The fluids were recently changed along with the belts. The car is healthy and in the last month I drove it about 150 miles, but it does need to be tuned up to make it perfect. I spent over 10k on the exterior restoration, my original plan was once I was finished with the exterior I would make the interior perfect and then move on and tinker out mechanical stuff. Since the car drives good. I just drove it the way it is and never got to doing the other stuff on my list.
The car is super fun to the drive. The original Factory S38 engine purrs while accelerating and feel exactly how it was designed like a real race engine. This was the last hand built bmw and I know the values will keep increasing but I need to sell the car for personal reason and I know I will regret it down the line.
