1991 BMW M5 M5 Additional Info:

This 1991 BMW M5 is finished in Sterling Silver over gray leather and powered by a 3.6-liter S38 inline-six paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The car has been the recipient of numerous modifications to the suspension and braking systems as well as a custom sound system whichcost in excess of $10k. The previous owner was a certified BMW factory tech who owns a specialty shop, and had logged 7k miles behind the wheel in his seven-year ownership. I bought drove it 2000 miles since and replaced whatever he did not address (new tires on throwing star wheels, Android Auto/ Apple Carplay head unit, recharged the R12 A/C refrigerant and a few other odds and ends. This E34 M5 is offered with spare parts, receipts from new, and a clean New York title in my name.

The car has euro mirrors installed, I have the original rectangular mirrors which I'll include.

M-System wheels wear a brand new set of Continental DWS tires with less than 200 miles. Braking is upgraded to 4-piston Brembo calipers up front.

The cabin is upholstered in light grey leather, and new door panels. Interior modifications include a Euro steering wheel with blue and red stitching as well as a UUC short shifter with a lighted knob. Exterior panels are near perfect- There is a small dent on the front driver's side wheel well that should be an easy fix.

The odometer shows 109k miles. The custom stereo system incorporates aPioneer NEX-3400 head unit with Bluetooth, Apple Carplay, Android Auto and rear camera as well as a Bit One sound processor, Hertz speakers, and a custom subwoofer.

The 3.6-liter straight-six was originally rated at 311 horsepower at 6,900rpm with 266lb-ft of torque at 4,750rpm. New spark plugs, filters and flush of the cooling system was done right before I bought it. An oil and filter change was performed in late 2017 and a new battery was recently installed. The car does have a chip from a shop that the previous owner worked at which is said to add an increase of around 25HP. Original BMW chip is included.

Shifting is through a replacementEuro6-speed manual transmission paired with a 3.64:1 differential, and a new clutch has also been fitted 3500 miles ago.Suspension modifications include KW Variant 2 adjustable coilovers and 25mm sway bars as well as aluminum front control arms from an 850i.

Records are kept in binders and date from new. Period literature is also included along with extra parts reportedly consisting of a new dash in the box, a replacement radiator, and Yellow front.

The paint is beautiful and the interior looks almost new.
