Up for sale is my 1980 BMW 320/6 E21. This is a rare euro only straight 6 cylinder car that was imported in 1984. It went from garage to garage until I bought it 4 years ago, leaving it free from the ravages of salt. The car has been my driver for the last few years until I moved from Seattle to minneapolis. I don’t have the heart to drive it here in the winter. It isn't rusty and never crashed.
It has a 2.7L inline 6, 320/6 cam, double valve springs, TEP header, 5 speed trans, and Motronic 1.1 fuel injection. Runs great and has more than enough power for such a light car.
It has been fitted with Bilstein B8 shocks, sport springs, urethane bushings (all), new control arms, ST adjustable swaybars front and back. The interior has re-upholstered 325IC front seats with the rear seat upholstered to match. The alternator has been upgraded. The mileage reflects when the engine and transmission (fresh rebuilds) were installed. It showed 70,000 KM (46000mi) when I bought it so the chassis has a total of 90000 or so.
It is a 38 year old car so there are a couple of tears in the headliner, a crack in the dash, and the windshield has a crack as well.
It rides on Rota wheels without curb rash, with Dunlop Direzza tires in good shape. Everything works. There is too much to list.
It gets lots of thumbs up everywhere I go, and starts conversations when I stop.
