Up for auction is a nice 1971 BMW R50/5 motorcycle that has very low mileage and hasnt been on the road for about 35 years. Motor turns over easily. Has factory fairing. Excellent candidate for restoration. Paint on fuel tank is peeling/flaking off. Needs to be stripped and repainted. Speedometer needle is broken but speedometer does work. This bike would be a super nice weekend cruiser.
