1991 BMW 3-Series 325is Additional Info:

First I'd like to start off by talking about the "Salvage Title".

This car is far from being your typical "Salvaged E30" due to a "wreck"(please click on Carfax-Vehicle Report). To this day I still don't know whythe"salvage title"??...Could itbe due to "Theft Recovery" or "Vandalism"? It seems that the vehicle was purchased by the Insurance Company after a Filed Claim, hich led to the title being salvaged.

This is a good example of an Unmolested, LL STOCK, All Original Windows, ON-smoker, olid, alifornia Rust Free,BMW 325is with the very rare Factory German GLASS Power Sunroof! (see photos)

Please see all photos and videos below to appreciate.
Up for sale I have my beautiful, rack FREE Dash1991Black 2Door 5spd BMW 325is (AAA vin#) with only 122k Miles (on a "working odometer"). The mileage is accurate (see Carfax). I'm very picky about things like that. I don't understand how people drive for months/years withbroken odometers, ts only a $100 job (parts+labor)...how do you keep track ofoil changes and other services?I had the Odometer Gears replaced the day after they froze about a year ago at 120k. Also spent another $150 to have the entire cluster tested, ncluding a new Si Board and Batteries. It was worth the wait, ot being able to drive the car for 3 weeks while the cluster was getting done by Specialty Gauge all the way in VA. These guys are the best...Originally, he car was automatic, nother words,boring...so last year I had to bring it back to life and convert it to Manual...$1800 well spent! (see receipt- Lots of New parts + a New SACHS clutch). The car is a blast to drive now! (see videos)According to the previous owner, he car was painted about 6 years ago in Schwarz Black, riginally it was Cashmere Beige (seespare tirephotos), lad they did, ersonally I think that color is just asugly as the Bronzit Beige...
Other work done within the last 2-3 years of ownership:
Oil Change (always) with Castrol GTX 20-50(5 months ago at 121k)Gear Oil Service with REDLINE (Last Year)New Boschspark plugs (1Year ago)Ice Cold A/C*R134 Conversionwith Lots of New Parts=>see receipt (Last Summer)All New Belts (Last Year)5 Windows NewTint (35%)...(Last year)Rebuilt Power Steering Rack (2 years ago)New Front wheel BaringsNew Rear Brakes (Last Summer)New OEM Fuel Pump & Filter with New hoses (Last Summer)New Washer Nozzles and Windshield Wiper Blades(Last Spring)New Shifter Leather Boot and Knob New Hood Shock (Last year)New Intake OEM Air Flow Boot (Last year)New Oil Cooler O-ring (Last year)New M-tech Emblem Tagon the steering wheel
Most of thework was done by the BMW experts atJMP AutoWerks in Reseda CA, nd Castro Motorsport in N.Hollywood CA
*I believe the Timing Belt Job was done approx. 5 years ago when the mileage was in the low 100k (you can barely see the sticker on driver's door). It was also inspected at the time when all drive belts were replaced last fall, nd it seems to be just fine...
So if you're looking for a long term, lassy, eliable, omfortable, dult owned, nmolested, nice looking E30 that you can cruise on the weekends, r use as adaily driver in traffic enjoying the cold A/C, nd not worry about overheating, s here!...but if you want a Bimmer Toy to race around, lease look else where. I'm sure there are plenty of those on Craigslist...I've put a lot of time and money into this car and would like to see it go into good hands...
Only reason for selling this E30, s because we need to down size on the number of cars we own. This is one of the Most reliable Daily Driver from my collection, ut I have 8 other BMWs that need my attention, and I'm getting too old to keep up with all them classiccars...
The few issues with the car that I didn't get a chance to deal with since they were not that serious, re:
Brake Lining Light (probably faulty sensors-common issue on E30s)Some small scratches on the Passenger window.Get rid of the stains on the trunk carpet. Also another typical issue with E30s, he driver's door lock is a lil stiff, o I got used to locking/unlocking from the trunk.
Other than that, he car drives as good as it looks...
Title in Hand...
