1990 BMW M3 Base Coupe 2-Door Additional Info:

Hello! If you have been looking for a well loved e30 m3 you are in the right place. Here we have a 1990 BMW M3 in Brilliantrot over Black leather. This is a pristine example that was originally sold in Creve Coeur, Missouri at Plaza Motor Company on February 3, 1991. It was there until 1993 when the original owner moved to the San Diego area, where it has remained until I purchased it and drove it up the coast. All records and maintenance accompany the car including the original invoice!
This M3 has VIN stickers on every panel including the ones in the rear behind the parking lights on the left and right sides of the bumper, save for the hood which was replaced by a previous owner. It benefits from a fresh respray completed just last year by Miramar Auto Body, who has warrantied the paintwork. It does have a few chips on the lower front spoiler to be expected of a car that gets driven.
Mileage is currently at 112,900, documented and confirmed with a clean Carfax and California title in hand. The car also passed smog earlier this month which will be included too.
This particular car drives beautifully and is stunning inside and out, as well as underneath. The prior owner had the whole undercarriage, wheel wells, and engine bay dry ice blasted to remove years of debris from tough to clean areas. There is no rust to be found bubbling on the sunroof or on the cowl or anywhere else on the car. The dash is crack free, the seats do show their age, though there are no rips or serious wear in the leather. AC is not operational, radio, sunroof and windows all work fine. The transmission shifts smooth through all the gears, clutch is in fine working order as well. There is some vibration felt through the shifter at higher RPMs, indicating that the transmission mounts could use replacement. One of the screw covers on rear bumper also broke a tab and can be seen absent in the photos.
The suspension benefits from brand new Bilstein HD shocks. A receipt for a new rear hub and the suspension work total over $800 and was the most recent service done earlier this month.
E30 M3 enthusiasts will note the Mtech II steering wheel that has replaced the Airbag wheel that came standard on this car. Airbag wheel will be included along with all plastic bits from the engine bay that aren't in the photos, headlight covers, distributor cap cover, etc.
Full size spare wheel and toolkit are present, including the hard to find spark plug removal tool.
Thanks for looking!
