1991 BMW 325i good engine runs and drives working AC e30

1991 BMW 3-Series i Additional Info:

The Good: This car has served me well since 2007. It would still be my daily driver, but I bought a 530i when I got a new job and I no longer have room for this one.The oil has been changed with synthetic every 3 months or 3000 miles of use since I got it in 2007. You could open the oil cap and look at the engine and see how clean it is because of the regular oil changes.It smells just fine(primarily of the old foam). I am not a smoker and to the best of my knowledge It has never had a smoker as an owner.This car has never been overheated.The AC controls work in any position and the heater works great and only when you want it to.The tires are not very old, and have very few miles.The alternator is new with less than 1000 miles on it.The sun roof works.I bought a new battery about a month before I got the new car and stopped driving this one.It had a new timing belt and pump installed 3 years ago, and I haven't driven many miles. Mostly around town(around 10 miles a week)
The AC was blowing cold the last time I drove it.
The Bad: It has a warped rotor so one of the wheels shakes when you brake.The power steering has a loose hose fitting so it leaks when you turn full lock. The oil plug leaks very slowly(roughly 1/2qt every 3 months) which hasn't been an issue since oil changes usually happen before it gets that low.The mileage listed is incorrect. The odometer stopped a few years ago so I am not sure of the exact mileage.The back of the driver's seat doesn't adjust properly.It is currently due for an oil change, not because of mileage but because of time since the last change(just before I stopped driving it.)
If you are unfamiliar with these cars please have somebody who is familiar look at this car. I am not a car guy.
It would make a good daily driver. I really like this car and I want to see it go to a good home.
