1946 Austin Model 8

Up for bid is a rare Left Hand Drive 1946 Austin Model 8, 4 door Saloon which has been stored in a Barn since 1960. I have been asked by the family to list and sell this car for the owner's family who are selling the property, The car seems, to the best of my knowledge, complete, Not shown in the photos are the missing driver side door handle and the jack. Also not shown is how pristine all the glass looks once it had been cleaned, The car's engine turns freely with ease. The car does not have a registration or title certificate as it has been lost over the years. Included are some(engine rebuild) receipts from the early 1950s along with the operator's manual. The Brodie knob on the steering wheel is not included. Obliviously, being stored since 1960 it is in need of a full restoration. The car is located in Shandaken New York 12480.
