1958 Austin Healey Sprite Additional Info:
For your consideration we have a first year of manufacture 1958 Austin-Healey Bugeye Sprite . This automobile is in its original color scheme of Old English white with red interior. The 948cc engine with dual carburetors is in place and runs! The original 4 speed transmissions also functions properly. Included with the sale is the Certified copy of factory record from British Motor Industry Heritage Trust.I installed a new fuel tank and rebuilt the carburetorsin order to fire the engine. The car runs and lot drives.
This vehicle is an excellent candidate for restoration. I recovered it from a basement in Rhode Island, the last known registration was in Massachusetts in 1986 as indicated by the windshield sticker. It will be sold with a State of Connecticut Affidavit of Ownership and Bill of Sale, Connecticut does not issue titles for vehicles of this vintage.
