1966-1/2 Rambler American Rogue, VIN A6KA97C101256, Apollo Yellow/Classic Black. Special Edition model by AMC when they announced the new 290 V8. In 1966 the engine was only installed in the American models. In 1967 it was the new V8 across all model lines. From what I have read, AMC built 1700 of these, one for each dealer. They were either this color combination or Sun Gold/Black. They all had the 290 V8, power steering, power brakes, electric wipers, split seats with "buddy" seat/armrest, automatic or 4 speed. This one shows 58396 miles believed to be original, Automatic transmission, AM radio works and sounds great. I installed the stereo under the dash, the little cup holder was in the car when I got the car, so created the rest. This can be removed if you don't like it. Installed a tachometer, oil pressure gauge, (60 psi even at idle), and voltage gauge. The car has disc brakes in the front, remote control outside mirror. The rear speakers are held on the steel rear shelf with magnets, no drilling. Paint, interior, chrome, stainless is excellent, under hood clean, no rust, underside excellent, custom radiator shroud, Hurst Wheels 15x6 with BF Goodrich Silvertown redline radials P205.65R15, excellent tread.
I WILL NOT USE THE SECURE PURCHASE OFFERED BY EBAY. Two reasons: I will not surrender the title until I have receive payment and I will not give anyone my Social Security number.I will accept a bank wire transfer or cash in person.

If you cannot inspect the car in person, I recommend having it inspected using a professional inspection company. I've done this in the past. This car was close enough when I bought it so I could see it myself.Shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
I'm selling this because of my age and I don't drive much.
