This 1985 AMC Eagle is a project vehicle. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle needs work and is not regularly driven.

Vehicle Details

1985 AMC eagle wagon 4wd, PS,PB.

I purchased this back in 2015 and had it registered for a number of years in hopes to drive it. Originally brought to a mechanic to replace the value cover, carb and trans mount. I was told by the previous owner that it needed carb work and a transmission mount. The mechanic ended up only doing the valve cover. It sat inside his garage for two years until I had it brought home. The inner rockers are rotted as are portions of each front fender. The frame rails are solid. The drivers floor has a quarter size hole which I sprayed with rustoleum rust reformer and a bit of undercoating to seal it off. The tire and wheel is in the back to replace the donut on the car. The motor currently turns with a wrench. It hasn't run in several years but did start and run when I first got it. This would be a solid project car. It has a working complete hood release which seems rare these days. Interior is complete but dirty and does have an odor from previous mouse issues. Roof leaks a bit from the roof rack area.
