1969 AMC Javelin MOD Additional Info:
Selling my factory original BBB MOD Javelin restoration project. This is a very rare car and one of 465 big bad blue Javelins ever produced. How many of them had this engine/trans combo with BBB color and are left to restore is probably less than 25 if perhaps maybe the only one. Car is an orignal west coast car spending its life in California and Arizona. It is a 290 3 speed car. Original 2A code with MOD package which is the roof spolier, rocker side pipe mouldings and hood scoops. I have the factory scoops not in the pictures but they are excellent. Drive train is matching numbers "Born With", motor turns over but has not been started or ever torn apart. Have tons of interior items and also rear tail lense and tail lights. It appears at sometime the car had a trailer hitch and must of jack knifed pulling it out of the rear bumper and trunk floor. All repairable items. Please note the title is lost, I never started the tracking or replacement process since to me it wasn't an issue but all buyers need to be advised. It is an all original BBB car matching numbers last registered in California.
Recently decided its time to build a house so selling some of my future restoration projects including my factory 73 AMX 401 car.
Email if you are a serious buyer. I will only answer questions or share numbers to discuss details with buyers who are not tire kickers. Please don't waste my time with what the reserve is---bid to win! Car is at my storage building in Janesville Wisconsin and can be inspected upon appointment.
Shipping is burden of buyer, will assist with loading truck. Engine and trans are in car for storage and I'd mount if car requires shipping.
