1967 AMC Marlin 7990 Additional Info:
This is a rare 1967 AMC Marlin because of it's 343 V8 with 4 speed transmission. Marlins were only produced in 1965-1967 with only 2545 in 1967. Only 32 were produced with this package so here is your chance to obtain a rather rare muscle car fairly cheap. The Marlins were built to compete against Tbirds, Chargers and Barricudas. As I stated in the condition description this car runs and drives although I have not licensed or insured it so my driving of it has been limited. I rebuilt the carb. and replaced the electric fuel pump someone had replaced for the mechanical pump. The mechanical pump is still in the truck and goes with the vehicle. I also have several parts including an AM/FM radio with electric antenna specifically for the Marlin. Also Side view mirrors with inside actuator. I have the molding for the bottom front side of both seats as well as extra inside door panels that need re upholstered. There is trim for the top of the car that is stainless steel along with a new piece for the far end on the passengers side that is damaged. There is a new piece for the drivers side rear taillight although I can't see the one on the car is damaged. Also a spare trunk was in the car. The headliner and visors are in good condition as well as the dash having no cracks although the tach has been broken off. The rear cargo dash is in good condition although the cardboard liner above it is cracked. The seats need re upholstered and the carpet under the floor mats is ruined. The drivers door has minor denting as well as the front bumper. Small dents that appear to be from 30+ years of storage. Check out the pictures and hopefully bid on this baby! Several books come with it including an original technical service manual, original sales brochure for AMC Ambassador with Marlin included. Original Owner protective maintenance book with entries from Hermiston, Or. in 1967. The original owners manual a 1967 service specifications book and a reproduction Marlin Guide book. The glove box light still works and I have the key to it.

As you can see in the photos the rear fenders have rust deterioration. The passenger side needs about 2 inches cut out and the drivers side about 3 inches. I do have some quarter panels apparently a previous owner bought to use. They are not from a Marlin but I believe from another rare car so I would want additional money to include them in the deal.
