1969 AMC S/C Rambler Additional Info:

Two authentic 1969 Hurst S/C Ramblers. I've owned them for approximately 12 years. I was intent on restoring both cars, but have lost garage space and gained a family over the years. The first car is rust free. Correct date-coded 390 engine on a stand ready to be installed. Most all of the correct pieces. An easy restoration or install the engine and enjoy as is. Slight body damage where driver's door meets the front fender which causes the door to hang when opened. Also, slight damage on the rear driver's quarter. Photos of damage are shown. The car should be repainted if a restoration is done, although it is what I would call a "twenty-footer" as it is now.
Also included in this sale is another, albeit rusty and rough, authentic S/C Rambler and a large trove of parts for use in restoration. Both cars are listed in the 1512 Hurst S/C Rambler Registry.
Of course, both cars, the engine and parts are sold "as is, where is." I may consider a trade for a large fishing pontoon or deck boat. This is a great deal for someone who wants two S/C Ramblers!
I have hundreds of photos of both cars, the engine on a stand and of the parts. I could not figure out how to make them all available here, but will happily email additional photos to you upon request.
4/18/2018: A couple quick revisions I would like to add after pulling the car out of the warehouse and washing the dust off of it: First, I'd say the paint is still a "twenty-footer" except that I'd add that it would be more desirable if you squinted your eyes a bit! There is substantial checking of the paint on the deck lid and on the hood and top of the fenders. There are also various chips and other imperfections.
All of the fenders are rolled (as per factory specifications) except for the passenger front fender. So, although there is no sign of a collision in the engine bay, undercarriage or otherwise, it appears as if the front fender has been replaced at some point.
