A Beautiful example of a Vintage Classic Americana in the Automotive world ! This well maintained Rare Classic is in impeccable condition for a 60 yr old ! This Old Girl has plenty of Fun left in her and Flaunts it in Elegant Style and Purr-fect running condition ! She looks fabulous and has undergone an exterior respray a decade ago that shows well with a Lustrous shine . Her lines are straight as the photos display. The undercarriage is in incredible condition without any rust . This car was originally a southern car with documentation from Florida .
This Cross Country has had $ 10,000 in maintenance and restoration over the past decade including a transmission rebuil, carberator rebuil, new master brake cylinder as well as all four brake drums and shoes . Front end is tight and spare parts ( bushings and tie rod ends ) are included . Gas tank has been cleaned with a new electric fuel pump and sending unit installed . Cooker Wide White Wall tires .
The interior has been redone including New carpet and Headliner along with all new correct upholstery . She is comfortable and elegant with front reclining seats ! This car has the Rare Push Button Drive shift control . A horn button was installed with modern horn . The Am radio is operable but new speakers will be needed. Gauges work as well as generator light . Wipers and directions function properly . Head lights and Tail lights work . Clock is inoperable . Heat seems to function but control switch is a bit tight . All glass and Window operation are excellent . Chrome is original and does show Patina .
This car starts in a half turn and drives straight and smooth down the road and stops in straight order . A great dependable cruiser that stops people from 100 feet away !
