1962 Rambler Ambassador Station Wagon

1962 AMC Other Ambassador Additional Info:

I am selling a 1962 Rambler Ambassador Cross Country station wagon. I bought the car with the intention of restoring it, but have found more rust than I care to deal with (passenger floor board, part of driver's side floor board, portions of the inner fender / firewall of the car on both sides, and rear subframe). The wagon is a California car but was parked in a field approximatley 25 years ago. I have found out that the wagon is fairly rare and only makes up about 1.5 % of all Rambler's made in 1962. This wagon now seems to be best for parts and is very complete!! The wagon has the original AMC 327 and push button transmission. I wish there was someone out there who could save this car!!
